Ingredients:
Mince Pork (Marinated with light & dark soy sauce, pepper)
Fish cake (sliced)
Rice
Method:
- Wash rice, add 4 times the amount of water you would when cooking rice with light soy sauce (to taste).
- Place in rice cooker.
- 5min later, open rice cooker.
- Throw in Fishcake sliced and mince pork (shaped in little meatballs)
- Wait till cooked. Serve hot.
