Chrysanthemum Flower (from any chinese medical hall, pre-packed)
Rock Sugar (to taste)
Method:
- Add a handful of chrysanthemum flowers into pot. (A good estimate would be that the flowers fill up the 1/2 to 3/4 base of the pot nicely in a single layer.)
- Add water to 4/5 of the pot.
- Bring to boil
- Add rock sugar to taste. (They melt slowly and are quite powerful, so dun be anxious to add too much.
- Pour into serving flask and serve either warm or chilled, depending on preference.
