Ingredients:
Dried mushrooms (Soaked and chopped into tiny pieces)
Mince pork
Pepper
Light Soy Sauce
Dark Soy Sauce
Pepper
(Wanton skin)
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Add a teaspoon of mixture to 1 piece of wanton skin.
- Seal by dabbing mushroom water along 2 sides of wanton skin. Fold half into triangle.
- Deep fry till golden brown.
- Dish onto kitchen tower (to rid of excess oil)
- Serve hot & crispy.
