Airfry: blueberry M&M muffin / cake

Ingredients 

Muffin mix

1/2 cup water (or milk)

M&M 

Butter (for coating tray)

I used this :) 

Instructions

Pre heat air fryer for 5min at 180oC.

Coat baking tray with some butter.

Pour pre mix into a mixing bowl. 

Add water. 

Mix well. 

Pour batter into baking tray. 

Top batter with M&M

Air fry for 10min at 180oC. 

Once done, check with wooden chopstick or satay stick. Put the stick vertical into the cake and pull out. Stick shd come out clean. If cake batter is still wet inside, air fry for another 3-5min.
